My own journey over the past more than 60 years of searching and researching in finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to those who seek my support in the various impacts of breathing and how to maximize that which we typically do more than 21,000 times a day.
